John McNair had been serving as international prosecutor in the same Specialised Department within the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
This appointment is effective from 15 January 2004.

The High Representative, Paddy Ashdown, has appointed John McNair Deputy Chief Prosecutor and Head of the Special Department for Organised Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.
