High Representative Writes to Land Registry Offices

Following his decision launching the inventory process, High Representative Valentin Inzko has written to Land Registry Offices and Cadastres in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In his letter the High Representative asks these offices to prepare all necessary information to speed up the process of establishing an inventory.

The OHR working group will perform the technical task of collecting publicly available information with the same scope as the working group established by the Council of Ministers. This covers all property that was registered as owned or managed either by SFRY bodies on the territory of BiH, or by the SRBiH on 31 December 1991.

When all the necessary information has been collected, BiH political representatives will have to decide how to apportion the property identified through the inventory process.
