The talks with senior Canadian officials are part of the HR/EUSR’s consultations with capitals of PIC members ahead of the next meeting of the PIC Steering Board on 20-21 November in Brussels.
Following his visit to Ottawa, the HR/EUSR will travel to Washington and Ankara for meetings with senior US and Turkish officials.
