Dear Ms Korjenic:
I refer to your letter of appeal, dated 11 April 2007, against my dismissal of you from your position by Supervisory Order dated 23 March 2007.
I have now fully considered your appeal on its merits, and I have decided to allow it.
Operative paragraph 12 of my Supervisory Order of March 23, 2007 is hereby revoked with effect from the date of this letter. I hereby direct that you shall be treated as reinstated to your former position, from which you were removed by the said paragraph 12, with effect from the date of this letter, and you shall be entitled to the salary and emoluments corresponding to that position with effect from today. You shall not be entitled to salary or emoluments for the period between March 23, 2007 and the date of this letter, but that gap shall not limit your entitlement to pension and healthcare benefits, which shall accrue as though you had been continuously employed throughout the gap period.
This letter having legal effect as an amendment to my Supervisory Order of 23 March 2007, I hereby direct that it be published without delay in the Official Gazette of the Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
