The Supervisor of Brcko Issued an Addendum to the Supervisory Order on Privatization of September 2001

The Supervisor of Brcko Henry L. Clarke today issued the Supervisory Order on Privatization Process in the Brcko District as an Addendum to the Supervisory Order on Conduct of Privatization of the State Capital of Enterprises in the Brcko District of BiH, dated 19 September 2001.

The Addendum further regulates the process of privatization of the public enterprises in the Brcko District of BiH and gives detailed guidelines to the Brcko District Agency for Privatization as the legal means required to perform its tasks.

Among other matters, the Addendum addresses the issue of mortgages and other encumbrances, as well as the relevant entity legislation, with the aim of harmonizing the Brcko District approach with the BiH-wide practice.
